Student Representative Council
(SRC)

The SRC at Gordon Primary School is a proactive group that meets fortnightly to discuss issues brought up in class meetings and to work on short and long term projects.

Each class elects a representative to attend the council meetings. These representatives are responsible for expressing the views of their class in SRC meetings and for relaying information between the class and the SRC.

The SRC work closely with staff and parents on a range of issues including supporting students, the playground, fundraising, allocation of funds raised by both the SRC and P&C and improvements to the school.
