Term dates for 2009:

Term 1     Friday 30 January to Thursday 9 April

Term 2     Tuesday 28 April to Friday 3 July

Term 3     Monday 20 July to Friday 25 September

Term 4     Monday 12 October to Friday 18 December

At the start of the year:

Day 1 (Friday 30th January) is for all staff.
Day 2 (Monday 2nd February) is the first day for Kindergarten.
Other new enrolments can look around and become familiar with the school environment.
Day 3 (Tuesday 3rd February) is for all students to attend.
Kindergarten students come to school for the full day from Day 2, that is 9.00 am until 3.00 pm

KINDERGARTEN ENROLMENTS

There is a single entry at the beginning of the school year for children who turn five on or before 30 April. Close liaison has been established with Gordon Preschool, to facilitate the smooth transition of children from preschool to primary school. School visits and discussions are provided for parents and prospective students to acquaint them with the philosophy and organization of Gordon Primary School.
